- When you print a color document, you will receive a message notifying you that you are printing in color and asking you to click the Print button. (This message may take a few seconds to appear.)
- After clicking the Print button you will receive the following message that your document is in the print queue.
Troubleshooting
- If you are unable to print, check to see if the Papercut icon is in your system tray in the upper-right. (This icon must be there in order to print color.
- If the icon isn't there, you can open it by going to Finder > Applications > PCClient
- If the icon isn't there, you can open it by going to Finder > Applications > PCClient
