Problem
When writing on the SMART display there are skips.
Cause
The SMART display has sensors in each corner that skim the surface of the glass detecting where the board is touched. Any small smudge of dirt or dust can disrupt the scanners.
Solution
Clean the board with water or Tersano (oxygenated water) and a microfiber cloth.
